STAR shall promote the Game on its Facebook Page (“ Facebook Page”) and Instagram handle (“ Instagram Handle”).Ħ. The Privacy Policy available on the Game Website shall govern all usage of any personal information and/or any other information as detailed in the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to, any information in relation to your participation in the Game, gathered under, or pursuant to this Game by STAR (if any).ĥ. The decisions of STAR on all matters relating to the Game shall be final and binding in all respects.Ĥ. The Game shall be governed by the Rules and Regulations, and, by entering the Game, each Participant acknowledges that they have read and understood, and unconditionally agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and Regulations. Your failure to accept these Rules and Regulations will disqualify your participation in the Game.ģ. If you do not agree to be bound or cannot comply with any of the Rules and Regulations, please do not continue.
